USB Loader GX, as far as I know, is incapable of loading backups from SD Cards, and requires an external hard drive. I just so happen to have a drive that does not work with loading backups, so I thought there may be a way to load backups from an SD Card instead. I think that Wiiflow and Configurable USB loader are compatible, but I'm not sure. Will they work with SDHC cards? Which am I better going with, Wiiflow, or Configurable USB Loader? Is there a SD Card size limit? What should I format ithe card as? And, is there any drawbacks to loading from an SD card instead of a USB hard drive? I'm doing this all from vWii. Thank you!

I use wiiflow. It supports sd cards up to 64gb I believe. you can keep your sd fat32. There is no real drawback with using sd over hdd.
