Hardware Help!, Upper Screen has locked brightness.

Hello guys, I got a First Model 3DS that had a problem with 3D, so I replaced the upper screen with a new one, to fix the 3D, but now the brigthness its on the highest and I cant lower it, the bright is even stronger than the LV5 bright, trying to reduce the brightness just affect the Lower Screen, the 3DS have A9LH and maybe its a error with some files. I double checked the flex of the screens and I cant see what is the problem...

Also, closing the 3DS doesnt turn off the screen.
