I had a similar problem, are you using themehax?

im using browserhax and menuhax
and both balck screen rules
i havent themehax

i just put the slot0x25KeyX, and black screen still

Themehax is the same as menuhax. If you are and you have a linked sysnand and emunand, it will try to boot themehax again and sometimes it does not work and ends up in a black screen. You have to unlink your sysnand and emunand. This is done by launching system settings and going to format, but before you format, take out your sd card.
Follow this tutorial to unlink your sysnand and emunand
