Hacking [Help] Rebug 4.8 - How to fix game kicking back to XMB?

Loading a game that I patched using eboot when in older firmware in MM/Iris and trying to boot them after replacing the modified eboot.bin with the original causes a black screen and then sends me back to XMB with a box in the top right corner saying "Game Quit: No Request Event"
Before switching the eboot I was getting error 80010017.
Any ideas? Thanks.

The games being used are Black Ops 2


Black Ops 3 just leaves me at a black screen.
