Hacking Help please

Right so i wanted to download a fully completed MKWii save for the wii, but i have no clue how to make it work...

I have the bin file, so if anyone could give me directions on how to get it onto my Wii using an SD card the it would be a great help.

Make the directory /private/wii/title/RMC? replacing ? with E for USA, P for Europe, and J for Japanese games.

Put the data.bin in that folder then go to the Wii's Data Management, Wii Saves, click SD at the top, choose the Mario Kart Save and click Copy.
