Misc Help NNID Error

I have a Hyrule Edition N3DS with Luma3DS and A9LH. I used the dsi downgrade method to hack. I used TinyFormat to format the 3ds to get rid of the crap NNID I made to do the hack. When i try to sign in to my old NNID I get an error 022-2613. I called nintendo and they changed my password then said they couldn't do anything about it. Any help at would be nice.

Hey Loki! The password they changed for you didn't work then? Have you told them that it still doesn't work? Also, did you tell them about the error code as well?
