ROM Hack Help! Need Primary Entrypoint

NOTE: This is in the forums because there is literally no button that allows me to post something in the "Ask!" section, maybe that's due to the fact that I just made this account.

Hey. First things first, my 3DS Firmware is OLD 11.6.0-39U, I have no current entrypoints to the Homebrew Launcher, and do not own a second 3DS.

I have been away from 3DS hacking for a while now, and I've only ever accessed Homebrew from Soundhax, which clearly doesn't work anymore. I have updated my Homebrew to 11.5.0-38U, since I heard this version still works on the latest firmware, but don't know any entrypoints to the Homebrew Launcher. I have searched all day yesterday but all I found is this custom firmware thing that requires a second 3DS, which I don't have. Does anyone know a primary entrypoint I can use in my current state? If so, if you can explain it to me, or link me to a guide, I would appreciate it.

Ninjhax. It requires a copy of Cubic Ninja, http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/. Something like OOTHax would work too, but it would require a PowerSaves to be a primary entrypoint.
