Homebrew [Help] Need Help With Themes on 3DS

So I've been screwing around with Howling Theme Tool, and it deleted the themes I previously purchased, and I can't get them back through the theme shop. Is there a way to get them back? If not through the theme shop, how can I extract the theme contents of a pirated version of the theme from the SD card to repack with howling theme tool?
