Help me update a super old FW

Hi!

I have a switch that I haven't used for years, but I know it ran a CFW.
I checked the current FW version, it says 9.0.0, I can load into hekate 6.2.2 and atmosphére 1.8.0. I've been following the guide "Ultimate guide to upgrade your firmware/Atmosphère", it says I can dump the FW from another console (to which I don't have access to). I did a full backup, but I can't understand the next steps.

First of all, I'm assuming it wouldn't be the wisest idea to go straight up to 19.0.0, correct? Where can I find snapshots of major FW versions? Can you help me update my switch?

Why? Just install version you want.

Follow the guide that @BigOnYa recommended.

I would go to latest version personally. Just using Daybreak to update it.

Just get the version you want and install it. They aren't incremental updates, each one is its own self contained thing.
