Just want to make sure I'm doing things correctly, following this guide:

https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/extras/nandrestore/

I backed up on ~6.1 and upgraded using chonx so my efuses weren't burnt.
I have 2 backup folders , backup NAND and backup boot0(this folder has boot0 and boot1 files so I'm not sure if that's okay).
There is no backup folder on my sdcard.
Am I okay to clean out my sysnand with the files I have and is the process described above sufficient?

Secondly do i need to backup my saves or are they on my backup of my sdcard with my atmosphere files?

Lastly, I have AutoRCM enabled, can i follow this guide:
https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/making_emummc/

To setup emummc on a 200gb sd card?

Also, I have 6 fuses burnt, where do I check which firmware that corresponds to ?

1) Simply restore the backup with hekate.
2) If you want to keep the saves, you need to backup them before restoring the NAND backup. Use Checkpoint.
3) You can use this guide for emuMMC but start at the beginning because you also need to create partitions on your sd card.
