I've tried ASCII and Base64. Im half sure it's gibberish.

Some backstory:

Someone from my discord server was found last night unconcious from an antipsychotic overdose. They're in the hospital now, apparently. The moment they woke up, they sent that message, saying a friend of their boyfriend sent it.

Also, searching it on google gives no results (part of why I think it's gibberish)

Also admins feel free to move the thread.

Such things don't magically clear your system when they drag you in.
Also looking at the general distribution of characters and runs of characters that is pretty clearly keyboard mashing from pivoting on palms of hands (how many keys are rest keys/home keys for most typing styles, note the lack of keys from the middle of the keyboard, what runs there are look only slightly less obvious than qwerty and asdfg). Shift seems to be held more than I would normally see but it is not impossible.

The poster may have had some profound message to say but the brain-fingers interface was seemingly not there to convey it.

It's not palm mashing. It's clearly a generated password from these online password generators where you can click which characters you want to use. I used one for my WiFi password and it looks exactly like that just shorter obviously

Why 462 characters though?

Then your password generator is potentially quite poor.

Not every character needs to be exactly equally used but the chances of that many being randomly chosen so much over all the others is very small for a random generator.

I did wonder if @ was a space character at first but that is either a lot of very long words or a very padded system (ONEhgsfhsh DAYgfdhgfnghj Igfjgfjkgfj WALKEDjdgjdgjdgj DOWNdjjggj THEdjgdgj STREETbvcnbnbvc ANDwqeytrj GOTdjkhgfjklh ANkvnkijvhnk ICEikuyqkjy89 CREAMkfbhjkfvbh9).

Edit.
Stuck the part from the OP in the tool copy and pasted 3 times. Then did every character on the keyboard with and without shift (no tab, no space, was a UK keyboard so is a £ symbol but it should not trouble the analysis too much).
