Homebrew [Help] Legit CIA not installing

10.3.28-E O3DS
(Correct me if i'm wrong, don't know if i should post this here or in CFW part)
Tried to install a New Super Mario Bros 2 Legit CIA with modded FBI but it's showing me an error message, what to do?

Try NASA. I remember trying to install something using that NBI when I was on 10.3 before and I only made it work once after a lot of tries.

Do i need a modded NASA version or only original (Since it seems new don't think it's modded)
It can install CIA's better than FBI?

NASA is built for 9.3 and up so you can use the original one. I haven't tried NASA but I guess it's far better than the modified NBI (I remember having tried almost 50 tries and still can't make it to work)

Yes, the latest one should be better. Also, why not consider downgrading to 9.2?

Well, it's risky and i don't have time to try 100 hundred time to (maybe if i'm not lucky) get to 10.4....
