Hacking Help Installing Black Theme

I would love to be able to install the black theme on my Wii. Is there an up-to-date guide anywhere?

I found this on youtube but the links don't work and its for the wrong region wii.

My Wii is the following:

- PAL 4.2E Wii
- Homebrew Channel
- cIOSCORP
- WiiFlow


Any help with a guide for this would be amazing.

The theme link works, just use FSToolBox to replace the file to install it...

that video and info is old and quite honestly, a little offensive. you need search for a newer one, try searching for 'african american theme' instead...
