ROM Hack Help injecting a Pokemon Silver hack into the Official VC version

As the title says, I am looking to inject a cosmetic hack I was working on into the Official VC one. I used Decrypt9 to build the CIA and used Asia81's HackingToolkit3DS to decompress and extract, but now I don't know how else to proceed. Please help?

please send me a screenshot of the extracted rom I can help but I forgot the folder name that the gbc game is also it dose not end named .gbc
