Hacking HELP: How to Update downloaded games (Wii U)

Hey,

Title says all. I just downloaded a few games with updates and dlcs from wii u usb helper. I few games work but the rest of all not. Every time i press the play button, my wii u says me i need a update but i have installed ist with wup installer. Can i use the update from eshop or any other methods ?

You can use official Wii U updates from the console no problem it won't ban you or anything.
