Hacking Question [HELP] Fusee Gelee isn't working

Fusee Gelee isn't working! When I turn on my Switch with my paperclip jig holding power and volume+ it boots to the Switch logo and then turns off. Any ideas?

you sure that your jig is contacting the right pins?

Make sure that you really hit the pins with the paperclip. Otherwise try to use a thin cable that goes from Pin 10 to the metalfan (to properly ground it).

UPDATE: I'm using a piece of a SATA Cable (there's a tutorial on this forum but I'm a new member and can't post links) and I'm sure the pins are shorted correctly. It still isn't working!
I'm holding Vol+ and Power and it boots to the Nintendo logo.

Make sure it isn't plugged into anything when you try to enter RCM or it won't work either.

Actually it isn't fake it was the first one made for the website but that is okay you will learn eventually young child

I've now used a wire, paperclip, and SATA cable pin. My Switch won't boot into RCM at all.

Is it a new switch? If yes then what firmware version did it arrive with?

I got it in december, version 4.00.

Yep! I JUST got it into RCM and got the example payload running.
