    With braindump, i have a copy of romfs.bin on my computer, after with extract_romfs.bat , a romfs folder appear. But, the only problem is how to extract the dt and las file SSB3DS ?

    I have Python 2.7, and the smash-stuff file on the romfs folder of SSB.

    What is the command to extracting the two files ?
    :wacko:

    Thanks :wub:

    I second this. Is there a way to recompile the dt file?

    Edit: also when i try to decompress the file i get the following error
    Code:
      File "C:\Users\Chris\Documents\3DS RomFS\Super Smash Bros 4 00040000000ee000\romfs_\dtls.py", line 7
        print '\nUsage: dtls.py <dt file> <ls file> <ouput path>'
                                                                ^
    SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'

    Sad as it is to say, as I was one of the people mainly asking.. no, there is ABSOLUTELY no way to repack dt at the moment.

    @TheToxicRyu - you're ABSOLUTELY sure you typed dtls.py dt ls Output exactly as it is? If you did, I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Be sure you opened the cmd to the romfs_ folder and not elsewhere. 's'all I can say.

    I'm not one to speak on this, since I didn't make the python script nor any code that would help with Smash hacking whatsoever, but all I can say is chances are there's a pretty big difference between simply unpacking a filesystem based on existing data and repacking the entire thing in a way that won't cause serious damage or unusability.

    long story short, make whatever edits you want but it's just a waiting game atm on repacking dt for tests.

    I had the same problem as TheToxicRyu until I downloaded Python 2.7

        def get_file((start, size)):
                     ^
