Hacking Help compiling Mario Kart 8 exploit

Hello everyone hope you are all staying safe during this pandemic!

I was looking for help compiling Mario Kart 8 exploit, reason for this is that i need to restore some files for my friend's Wii U Browser (he cant access the browser therefore he cant have an exploit entry.. and he didnt have Haxchi installed) so basically he doesnt have an entry point to homebrew to restore files! (this shows we need different entry points for haxx on Wii U so bad!).

I have found a Mario Kart 8 exploit and the instructions seem simple yet i do not understand most of it because i am not a developer... far from it., I'd love some help from you guys the experts to be able to compile this and help my friend restore his web browser.
