EDIT: Fixed it myself with CTRTransfer (Type D9)
EDIT 2: Although my installed software does , their banners don't. When I launch one of them, I get exception error saying that "the card was removed". I checked FBI and my installed software didn't appear. I used faketik to see if there are any tickets that needed fixing but no. So I'm stumped....
EDIT 3: Fixed it myself (sorta)! I just renamed my "Nintendo 3DS" folder to "Nintendo 3DS Backup" and let my 3DS rebuild a new one. Now I need to reinstall the cias.

I just exited FBI to see that all my intalled homebrew software is gone! For some info, I'm running on 11.13 with B9S and Luma 3DS. What can I do? Ask questions if needed
