Hacking help about these games

good day guys.

1. about nintendogs. when i launched this game it loads for about 5 second then it force close. im using luma3ds latest+alh9+region/language emulation on with <gameid.txt on locales>. ive installed both 3 nintendogs but same result. zelda games works fine

2. ive downloaded 3d classic game on freeshop but when i open the game, only black screen appears with fatal error written on bottom screen.

3. is it safe to system reset an alh9 installed 3ds?

Are they out of region games?
Format System Memory is fine.

yes. my 3ds is japan and i use US cias. but when i was still using emunand i can run nintendogs just fine using ntr cfw because ntr has region/language emulation too. but now im using luma with region/language emulation on with correct id and files, still nothing.

i see i wont lose my alh9 then? all i need to do is back up my sd card and i can format my 3ds?

Try importing the seeds for those titles with FBI, then setting the langemu with Luma Region Changer.

i see i wont lose my alh9 then? all i need to do is back up my sd card and i can format my 3ds?
