Hacking [Help?] 3DS shuts down with SD with CFW files on it

I've taken out the 3DS SD card with the CFW files, and it works without it, but when I put it in, it shutsdown automatically.

copy all the files off the sd card reformat it and copy them back (i had the same problem)

Here. Download the Luma3DS zip and copy the arm9loaderhax.bin file to the root of your SD card, overwriting existing files. You can try what MarioMasta64 said though, he may be right. Though trying with the A9 file first would be faster.
