Hacking Question Hekate won't load CFW or OFW

A few months ago I updated my vulnerable nephew's switch and installed the corresponding Atmosphere using the Hekate 5.0.0 v. Yesterday my nephew got an error running the CFW and he powered off the console. I set the device to run in Auto RCM so I injected Hekate using Rekado.apk. Console booted in Hekate menu but now it is unable to boot any version of CFW or OFW. What can I do to fix this issue?
