Gaming Heavy Rain freezes

Hello once again fellow tempers! I Got a 120GB slim PS3 for christmas, and because i loved indigo prophecy, I got Heavy rain with my PS3. The game is great, I love it, it exceeds expectations..... and then I got to the Jayden Blues chapter. I play the piano, and then the waiter comes over and gives me a glass of vodka. Jayden says thanks and then everything just stops. Can't get to the XMB, can't get to the main menu, just FROZEN. This is a reoccurring freeze too. Everytime, at the same except point, it freezes. Does anyone know a workaround/fix?

(I've already browsed the interwebs thoroughly for a fix, but to no safe avail)

There's a good chance you got a damaged media. Look carefully for scratches.

Also, did you update your Heavy Rain to version 2.00 ?
