Hacking hd not detecting in cfg usbloader after ios install

I was having a problem with rock band instruments and found a thread that said to install cIOS249-IOS36-rev07.wad

since doing so my wii doesn't see my hd. the partition is ok in windows. I tried running darkcorp v1.1 again hoping it would fix any ios issue I had, but still same issue. usb config loader does a 30second timeout on the usb device

Please help
