Just got it installed maybe because server issues with everyone trying to hit it, but it working now.

working great after the 4th attemp to install , i never tried pegaswitch before.
i just put a random fat32 2go micro sd , with nothing else than the hbswitch.nro file
then i run the HbL , i removed the sd card and installed the pfba.nro ( the switch reboot after removing the sd card)

i was like you , i dont touch the switch for a while
what i do is changing the DNS for my internet wifi connection and then i test the connection it will fail connecting to internet ,then you press ok and it redirect you to the pegaswitch page to install it.

if you where one of the unlucky people not to get it working
they fixed the problem and now will give you the 1337 error
i was one of those people in the boat of always getting a diffrent error -0001 or -0002
they updated and fixed the problem so test it now it works

i used a 16GB sd card thats been in my unit and has games on it

hi , you need to do "install" first and perform the xxx 1337 error, have you ?
if stuck on pegaswitch just rebbot the switch and you need to re-do it , if succes with (2000-1337) error , then you re-run it and push the "RUN"

If you have it installed already, then you just hit run, it'll say this window will close, hit ok, and the screen will freeze. After a few seconds hit the home button, and go to albums and it'll load hbmenu.

Hi, here is maybe the first homebrew for the launcher !! My Final Burn Alpha port running on the switch. Put pfba.nro in "/switch/pfba" and roms in "/switch/pfba/roms/". No audio, input a little crappy in the menu but SF3 3rd Strike does run fullspeed for example

Someone said that 0.2.97.42 roms were needed, but my 0.2.97.39 romset is working fine. Just dont forget the bios for neo geo if you plan on playing neo geo roms.
