Having trouble playing a Newer SMBW mod

Hi I’m trying to play a Newer SMBW mod and for some reason as soon as I skip the screen with the wii controller once I start the mod using riivolution, the mod crashes and it appears a black screen with white text. Can someone please help me to fix this so I can play the mod? The mod I want to play is this one:

Should probably post this in the wii section however that video is seriously laggy and the paragraph on the video description says it never been tested on a real wii and guessing by the amount of extra stuff they put in I don't think it ever will. The download size is double the size of a normal nsmbw iso and it only takes one bad mod to screw the whole thing.

I'm sorry but I can't stop laughing at that video. It looks like shit in like 20 different ways. I've seen Little Timmy's first levels on Mario Maker 1 with better level design than this.
