hey, nice to see that project mirai still getting support from the modding community!

i really need some help with converting stage animations to .VMD format (MMD), the mat_stgpv_xxx.bin files does contain material animations, however i cannot figure out where the stage objects animations are located or how to even extract or convert them. i already ripped the Happy Synthesizer stages, but without its animations it looks really boring :( if someone knows what to do it would be a huuge help!

Definitely. I imagine it shouldn't be too hard, especially since it's been confirmed possible... I think the person who found it is Stewie1.0 here on GBATemp

Sorry for double posting, but I have an announcement.

The Project Mirai DX: Matryoshka Edition project now has a GitHub page! This is meant to make it much easier for anyone who wants to contribute to the pack by making it possible to create a fork of the main project, add your own stuff, and merge it back to the main repository.
Hey since you stated it was possible to add new songs, is there any update to this information? I actually want to make charts for the game ever since I got into it recently and have the most fun with this version of the Project Miku games.

I like the songs in the game already, and don't want to replace any of them for this.

P.S if there has been any development on how the Basckgrounds work (If they are an NVM or prerendered or rendered as the song plays) then I would also like to know that information, as I would love to make custom backgrounds for the songs I want to chart too.

Hey you said it is possible to make a song/chart without replacing an already existing song.
Where do I go to find this information on how to do it, since I do not want to replace any of the existing songs since I enjoy all of them. I also want to make charts/songs for this game since Mirai is honestly the best gameplay wise experiences in any of the Project games for me.

P.S
If anyone knows how the background works (if they are prerendered MVs or Rendered as you play the song) let me know, since I would like to make my own custom backgrounds for the songs I want to add. Of course I will share my progress and such.
