The original Switch has 10% faster loading times on internal storage than the SD card.
The new Switch model has a new NAND chip which could be faster or slower, and since there's motherboard changes involving the SD slot position, it's possible that faster speeds are supported now.
I don't have a super fast microSD card (yet) so can't test myself.
