I'm stuck on 11.0 anyone from Long Island willing to lose id for a week or a hardmodder willing to talk I'm fairly strapped for cash right now and I can't Pm so lmk i guess

It will be cheaper in the long run to buy a 2DS and do it yourself than to pay someone to hardmod, since you can sell the 2DS or get a refund on it later. Maybe you can borrow some money. If you get a super cheap 2nd hand one you also might make a bit of a profit reselling it as hacked.

Yes but using a 2DS is free. You sell it afterwards. You can't sell the hardmod, so you're permanently out $30+.
