Hardware [Hardmod problem] Shortcircuit,copper,BootRom 8046.

I have a O3DS XL. A friend was "helping" me with the hardmod and apparently,he fucked the DAT0 testpad. But that isnt the problem:
Apparently,he followed soldering in the another two points (without success becouse he didnt use flux,it are a bit damaged but i checked them with a polimeter and they work). I think he followed soldering with the testpad in the welder,the copper of the testpad molten and now there is an shortcircuit between the CLK and the CMD. How can i take off that copper? Thanks.

If CLK and CMD dots are torn, the motherboard is out of order and can not be repaired.

It are ok. I tested them. The problem its the shortcircuit.

Desolder the wires and take a picture of the motherboard.
