Homebrew Hans problems

Hello, I've been trying to run NSMB2 with hans for some time now, but it just says Game is Loading, then turns into blackscreen. The old romfs.bin is 4 KB bigger than the new one. Do they have to be the same size? Does NSMB2 even work with hans? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Post all your file sizes. If your romfs.bin is very small size that is why. It should be as big as the ROM file of the game itself. (probably over 100mb+ as i don't know how big NSMB2) is

edit: should be in the 300mb ranges.

Did you update your HANS to see if it complains that it's not correct?

If not it may be a problem just with that game if nobody else has confirmed.

Smealum has released several updates to HANS today. Download the homebrew starter kit and update.

I dunno, you said "Does NSMB2 even work with hans?" has anyone else tried it?

I re downloaded the starter kit updated and it still doesn't work.
