Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

Few minutes ago I fixed some minor bugs and added Japanese font for Famicom (should be detected automatically, not tested). Link and version number are the same, only build number changed (2.0.10.5).

And the method you created for removing thumbnails by adding a transparent small image in the place of the regular thumbnail

Can we add more roms after removing the thumbnails on 2.10 or having a transparent thumbnail png is the same as having a regular game thumbnail ? For image count

I have no idea. But transparent PNG should take less RAM.
There are many Lua scripts in NES Mini. Maybe it's possible to decompile them and optimize memory usage.

Can someone please help me. I've looked everywhere, tried everything and no luck.

I have a Famicom mini. The soft mod works great and all but the games I really want to play again are


Wai wai world 2

Star Wars (J) namco

Holy Diver

Kid Dracula


But it says the mappers aren't supported. I'm so confused because I saw someone on YouTube with Famicom games on their NES Classic and here I have an actual Famicom and the games won't run. Someone please help.

I'm running the latest version of hackchi2

Not sure if its mine you watched? I got holy diver working using a mapper hack, Wai Wai and kid Dracula need mapper hacks I haven't tried Star wars i'll take a look.
Also I added two update vids again not sure if you want to check them out

@Cluster Hi mate, firstly I wanted to say a huge thanks for all your hard work man, bloody awesome what you have done!
As I posted above I did a YouTube tutorial on how to apply your hack, as I'm sure you are aware the emulator in the nes mini doesn't support all the various mappers that were released, i've gotten a few games to work with mapper hacks, another member suggested I contact you and you might be able to "add" them in? I'm not sure if Hakchi is able to patch on the fly?
Anyway hit me up if I can be of help and many thanks once again, absolute Ledge!

Okej so after I tried out the newest version I can say its fantastic, I can finally go back to the menu using select and start at the same time. Thanks for cleaning up nintendos mess Cluster. Your amazing

I got Splatterhouse and Holy diver to work as well. Just need 3 more games, japanese Star Wars, Akumajou Special - Boku Dracula-kun and Japanese Contra.

I just really want to play my childhood favorites again especially Holy Diver. Always wanted to try splatterhouse and japenese star wars and Boku Dracula kun
