Can i take my Animal crossing save file from my hacked switch off my switch so i can restart my switch and have it be clean? I thought i wouldnt mind the offline mode and that i didnt want co op but i kind of regret it and plan on buying the game legit. I just dont want to have to start over lol is there any way that i can take my file and keep it on my sd card and have it be there when i load into an actual copy of the game?

If you want to transfer the save from hacked switch to a non-patched unit and maintain it clean, you can use tegra explorer, is better than use an homebrew because it acts on RCM so no log of what you're doing

So if i use that, save my save file on my pc, restart the whole switch to erase anything that would get me banned and buy the game , would i be able to use that save ?

Yes but you risk a ban by restoring that save.

What could i do to minimize the risk? I wanna restart my whole switch but keep the save so that i dont have to start over

The ban risk comes from restoring the save. You cannot minimize it.
