GL deleting system files come back when bricked

https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list

Even though you could just place them in a folder and move said folder to the end of the menu so you never see it.

But hey have fun attempting to not brick your system and also probably ending up deleting important files for no apparent reason other than space since you can hide everything

I just want to see if its possible to delete useless junk from my Emunand like face raidersb

which is pointless because your emunand will not magically take up less space from your SD card and you dont install anything directly to the emunands (sysnand)
that and the fact there is literally the option to hide everything into a folder

I knew this file I typed out from 3dbrew a few weeks ago would turn out useful for someone else...

HAC? -- Health and Safety
CTR-N-HAF? -- NNID Settings webapp
HAR? -- AR Games
HAS? -- System Settings
HCB? -- System Transfer
HCH? -- Face Raiders
HDL? -- Download mode (H"DLP", heh) (remember it's used as host process by ninjhax2 and clones)
HED? -- Mii Maker (probably "safe" to remove after use, the integration with the system is handled through shared extdata)
HEP? -- 3DS Camera (standalone app)
HES? -- 3DS Sound
HGR? -- eShop
HMA? -- Nintendo Zone viewer (could be risky to remove due to icon special treatment by Home?)
HME? -- Mii Plaza (safe to remove, the integration with the system is handled through shared extdata)
HMK? -- Diary aka Activity Log (as above)
HSH? -- Recovery Mode aka System Updater

0828builder -- NNID driver (make sure its titleid is 0004 0130 - 000038 02)
0 -- DSi version number (titleid 0004800f-484e4c41)

Aren't the system titles all-region titles? For example, wouldn't the H&S app be HACA and AR Games would be HARA?

thanks guys no brick...and face raiders is gone!!!

BTW:I don't recommend anyone try this at all!
but if you're an idiot like me make sure you back up your Emunand and never try this on your sysnand

oh and if you successfully uninstall anything don't freak out if the icon is on the homemenu a simple reboot finishes the process

Well mii plaza removal is stupid as there will be games that require access to your mii data, for example smash bros and mario kart access your mii data

Miis (both yours and Plaza) go to shared extdata, if for whatever reason you don't want to edit them anymore, you won't need those apps anymore :)

yes sure you can uninstall stuff but then your system will not think you are on the latest fw i think, so you can get update nags
but yes possible with fbi, nice you did it :)

what happens when he gets a spotpass thats gonna be fun times maybe his console will freeze or be stuck on permanent notification

You can turn off Spotpass from notifications and Streetpass from system settings (or the more powerful dev tools, since hopefully we're talking about CFW anyway, heh)!

And no it won't freeze, you think I don't like to experiment? ;)

still i dont understand why he couldnt have just made a folder put all the stuff he wanted to delete inside it and move it to africa on his device you never really know what will happen with deleting titles from sysnand and its not like the space is important

Oh, because it's technically possible. That's a perfect answer for nerds!

(And because each single icon reduces home menu performance; but a smarter answer to this problem, strictly on emunand, is to switch back to a launcher from 8.x - if you don't need access to amiibo settings, at least)

Same, I hardly use any of the pre-installed Nintendo apps. I usually just move them to the right off of my screen so I don't have to look at them
