Hacking Hack Kosmos on 9.0.0 and errors

Hey guys
I have several questions about the Switch I bought two days ago. The firmware was 9.0.0.
I followed this guide : https://switch.homebrew.guide
Everything worked fine.

1 ) Now I don't understand. I have Hekate, and in the launch menu I have : CFW SYSMMC, CFW emuMMC, and OFW.
Why CFW SYSMMC ? I don't understand why I need this, OFW and emuMMC is fine, no ?
And, in the emuMMC menu of Hekate, i can read : disabled, and i have a button to create one.
Do I need this ? Or I already have it installaed, like in the launch menu ?

2 ) Another point, (now everything I'm talking will be in emuMMC) : I installed some games with SDSetup, like 2048 or Zelda Solarus.
When I launch them, I have a bug, no input work, only the home button. I don't know if it's freezed, but no input work.
Sometimes I get a randomn 2168 0002 error.

3 ) Last point : When I try to install a NSP with GoldLeaf, I got an error : 2145 0001

2. Install Hekate + Atmosphere + Sig Patches + Goldleaf
3. Make a Boot 0/1 + Nand Backup
4. Play!

Ok, so from now on, what do I do, I already followed that guide !
How to install Hekate ? I launched it from TegraRCM. And how to install Atmosphere, and everything ? Will I have an emuMMC ?
I already have a nand and boot backup. I need another one ?

The guide you followed doesn't install emuMMC. A good guide with emuMMC setup is: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/. I used it by myself. You don't need to boot with CFW to SysMMC and in fact you should never do that. Use SysMMC with OFW and EmuMMC with CFW. You don't install hekate, you only inject it.

I launched HB Menu from this supposed emuMMC, so it was not. Is this a danger for my account ?
Do I have to restore my backup ?
I don't want my Switch to be banned

To start from zero, delete everything on your SD card except Nintendo folder.

So I've never been on emuMMC, so what I've done was on sysMMC ? Can I get banished for this ?
Because, in a dumb way, after doing this, I connected my Nintendo account to the Switch in the OFW ( I tought everything was done on a emuMMC...)

And now, knowing that now I'm connected with my Nintendo account on the OFW, the best way is just delecte the SD card, and do all again with the good guide ?
Or, restore my backup and do all from scratch ?
The first purpose of my questions is, obviously, to avoid a Nintendo ban.
