ROM Hack Hack 2DS 11.0.0-33E

Hi, my little brother just bought a new 2DS with 11.0.0-33E firmware version and i know that it is possible to install and play 3d games on previous versions but I cant find a way to do it in 11.0.0-33 without hardmode or downgrade. Is it possible to run 3d games without the sky3ds card or any hardmode? will it be able in a future? thank you

Currently there's no way to install free 3ds games without downgrading or a flashcard. I'd recommend finding someone who has a hacked 3ds, online or irl, and asking them to downgrade your 3ds using Fieldrunners.

Yo need to either hardmod or dsiware downgrade. There will be an exploit to do DSIware downgrade without the need of another 3DS with hacks. But you still need to do the dsiware downgrade or hardmod, thanks to Nintendo putting more security in the 11.0+ updates :/
