Hacking Guitar Hero 5 DLC trick?

Asked in forums, thought I might have better luck here, but I was wondering if there were any tricks for getting the DLCs for Guitar Hero 5 on Wii, now that the Shop Channel is just a ticking time-bomb. The Wii I want the DLCs on isn't modded, but I do have (limited) access to a modded Wii if I can use that to transfer modded DLCs to my unmodded WiiU.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's possible without a mod on the original Wii.
What you could try is the oldest method of starting homebrew on Wii, the first Twilight hack, so it isn't permanent. But I can't remember if you could install anything to system memory.

I don't have Twilight Princess on Wii, nor do I know anyone that does. I just thought there might be a way of re-signing whatever ID the DLC uses to match it to a Wii, and copying that over like a normal save file.
