Hardware Guitar hero 3 guitar

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering one thing about GH3 guitars. Can you play guitar hero 3 for wii with a ps2 guitar hero 3 guitar.
Idon't know if they are both usb or not. Help would be appreciated.

oh and i am using it to play rock band 2 because if it does work im buying one off of my friend.
He also has an xbox360 one if that is better.

I don't think the PS2 or X-box ones are compatible with the wii. Walmart carries a cheap-o $30 wireless one that (besides for 1 mushy button) works really well and is compatible with all guitar heroes and rockband 2.
