Hacking Guides for converting .3ds dump into .cia please?

Me again, does anyone have links or something for a guide to dump .3ds files into .cia pls

Im trying to get a legit .cia of the Pokemon Yellow/Blue ripped from the 2ds its self, if this isn't allowed pls delete

Stupid question, but can a converter change a cia into a rom? (Sky3DS+ user here and somethings are only available via CIA).

Personally, I wouldn't see the point in doing so, but im not sure..

Reason is I do not downgrade or use CFW (yet). So there is no other way for me to play cia roms. I use clean rom dumps on a SKY3ds+

eshop games are .cia only, but if possible it would be cool to play those as well on the flashcart

no your perfectly safe its like using a cart from what ive read.
