Hacking Guessing nintendo switch fw

hello everyone, i found a guy who is selling nintendo switch and he told me he didn't even open the box so he don't know the firmware and he said it was a gift for him on march 2017 so i wonder when is the 3.0.1 relased, i mean can it be under 3.0.0 firmware, i want to buy a switch under 3.0.0 firmware and keep it in there.
So can it be under 3.0.0 fw ?
and i deal with guy for 270 dolars. new console without any game, is it a good deal or not ?

270$ is really good in my opinion, I would go for it.
And if the guy really didn't touch it, then its 100% below 3.0 so you should be safe.

There are no physical games that will update your system past 3.0.0 at the moment - so put your switch in airplane mode and stay offline.

i am plannig to getting ready for cfw so i want to buy a micro sd ?
anyone knows about games size? im plannig to buy 256 gb or 200 gb sandisk, i hope it will be enough for games...

Sdxc isn’t supported on the switch unless you update now, best sticking with 32gb or under. There is a way to use the higher capacity cards but the trick limits The file sizes it can handle.

i asked micro sd card for future, i dont think 32 gb will be enough for games, that's sad...
