PS1/2 GTA: San Andreas Codebreaker Codes NOT Working!

I am having an issue with Codebreaker 9.2 not working for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas! I put in the maximum money cheat, the all weapons and infinite ammo cheat, and the infinite health cheat and NONE of those are working for me! I do NOT have ANY money! I have no weapons or ammo, and my health is NOT infinite!

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

There were various releases of the same game (i.e. unique IDs). Codebreaker may have a matching Day1 file or you could use matching custom cheats from Gamehacking. You could also try a different .ISO file to match the respective Codebreaker cheats.
