PS1/2 Good PSX Games

What are some good games for the PSX. All I can think of right now is Metal Gear Solid

. I love that game so damn much. Are there any other games woth looking out for?

Wipeout (though there is a port/sequel on PSP already, and another out soon)
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

There is a Quake 2 port for the PSX... And it was quite good.
