Since a "release" hasn't been made with those latest updates, you'd have to clone the repo from GitHub and compile it yourself.

Unless you're trying to do bleeding-edge testing, this isn't recommended. Kind of like running a "nightly" build, it would be considered unstable. For general use you should just download the latest release and/or wait for a new one.

Ah, Ok I understand now. Well thank you for the info. I don't know how to compile my own build so I guess I should wait. I do like bleeding edge software though. Maybe Ill search for a how to compile guide at some point.

That being said, each project may or may not have its own additional library requirements or required methods of building (makefile vs. cmake, etc.), so keep an eye out for that.
