Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20294\replacements)
Config > Graphics Settings > Advanced tab:
Load Texture: ON / Async Texture Loading: ON

Notice to everyone:
if anyone has previously downloaded this pack make sure to redownload it as it has been updated.

IMPORTANT: I've made quite a few drastic changes to this pack.
So Please Redownload this current file.
This will be the last adjustment made to this pack.

Changes and fixes made:
- Fixed the transparency and yellowing issues, this pack now is perfect.
