So like any other day, I was playing mw2, but the thing is while i was playing right in the middle of it the ps3 just shut down and then there was a red light blinking, i had no idea what it was and just pushed it, it returned to the normal red light like it was off, then i pushed it again and the ps3 started up with the message, that basically said this console wasn't turned off properly here's how, so i concluded that it was because the ps3 overheated this happen, so i made the room colder, and cleaned out a lot of dust from the ps3
Later after a couple of hours, i went back to play and after like 15 min of playing, the same thing happened again, it shut down with a blinking light, i pushed the button and it went back to normal, i pushed it again and it started up with the message, and then the xmb. The room i was playing in was cold, and the ps3 was clean
Why did this happen, and could it lead to yellow light, what could i do to possibly fix this.
O and it's a 40gb ps3
