The first production run came with 9.0 so you should be able to do pretty much anything if it's from that batch. You can even dump xorpads, region change and such now (requires Cubic Ninja though) I would suggest getting a GW and a copy of Cubic Ninja (not OoT since CN is more capable as several homebrews already support it such as Decrypt9, NINJHAX and more) As you are in Poland, it's worth mentioning that while OoT3D is rare in US, it seems to be very reasonably priced over here in Europe. Still, CN is more worth it considering everything you can run besides just the GW launcher. QR code hacks will not work since they're designed for the o3DS web browser and the n3DS uses a different one. You can decrypt your saves with SaveDataFiler and modify them in any way you like with a GW though. You'll need to at least run the latest emuNAND on both consoles in order to system transfer, your sysNAND doesn't generally need to be updated, but in the case of n3DS there's no way to run emuNAND with the latest firmware yet, so it might be better to either do a manual system transfer by dumping certain files from your o3DS NAND and injecting them into your n3DS NAND, or using GW to dump your games as CIA, SDF to dump your saves, and install everything on the n3DS. You don't need a GW to do the former, but you do need Cubic Ninja. I would recommend staying on the firmware it comes with if it's 9.2 or lower, it leaves open the possibility of using homebrew, hacks and Gateway even if you don't plan on buying a Gateway or a copy of Cubic Ninja right away. You'll need a GW to use region free, because RegionThree also relies on the web browser that only the o3DS uses.
