ROM Hack Question Get Savegame from Nand

Hey Guys.

I was so stupid and deleted my switch profile with all the Savegames, i wasn't thinking...
Only good thing for me i have a Nand backup but it's for an older version like 3.x and I'm now on 5.x.

Someone already suggested to me to use the backup from 3.x and start checkpoint, but i coudn't boot to the system.

So I'm back on 5.x and extracted the nand from 3.x and did some little research about the file system, but I coudn't really find out how everything works.

I found http://switchbrew.org/index.php?title=Flash_Filesystem, but I don't really get all of it.
What I saw is that in user there should be my Savegame files, and in system like system titles(parameters,database?)

Mostly I need the saves for zelda botw and mario odessey but I'm also interested how it works.

I saw there is an AES Header but the savegames shouldn't be encrypted?
And what is the saveMeta folder?

You could Restore NAND and boot with hekate

Hey thanks for your answer, i tried that to boot the cfw to get into the hbl but it didn't work.
also restored the 3.x boot
