nope not legit ! the emerald should have a battery and the circuitboard is different

Not exactly true. They did use glob chips on GB games. For example later revisions of Tetris. For GBA games i have not seen it yet.

Just for clarification: Are there genuine copies that don't have a number stamped into the sticker? My copies (I own all German versions of the GB and GBA games) all have that and the fakes I have seen usually don't.
