Hacking GenPlus GX - Where does genplus_wii.dol go?

Where do I put genplus_wii.dol onto the SD card?
The \apps\genplus-gx folder already has a boot.dol file.
Is genplus_wii.dol supposed to replace it?

I'm also having trouble understanding the file structure for Sega CD games.

Sorry for being late with this but...
Firstly, the genplus_wii.dol should be on the root of the SD card
Secondly, once you start genplus for the first time, it should create a folder named "ROMS" in its folder inside the apps folder. There you can place your Sega CD roms, and Mega Drive roms, and you should be able to play them through GenPlus.
