Hacking GC launcher 0.2 question

im new with this stuff so please bear with me. so i downloaded the launcher and extracted with winrar. then i copied the miospatcher and rungcbackup onto my apps folder on my sd but when i go to hbc those apps are nowhere to be found, meanwhile all my other apps are there. what am i doing wrong? Thanks.

Are the miospatcher and rungcbackup folder's dols named boot.dol?

The way the GameCube backup launcher is packed up is a bit funky. You need to open the TGZ, which gives you folders like "dolloader" and "dvdtest". There should also be another TGZ amongst those. The contents of the second TGZ is what you're looking for.
